We see the player protection team as an integral part of our club, and our aim is to support all of our customers at every step of their journey with us. The player protection role is one that is constantly evolving as we aim to serve our customers in the best way possible and maintain professional standards. Minimum Requirements:
Must be fluent in Arabic
Knowledge and experience of the UK gaming business in regards to legislation and regulatory standards of operation.
As an individual, values and personally demonstrates a culture that supports and encourages Diversity & Inclusion.
Ability to adapt leadership style recognizing team members and stakeholders for their individuality
To be able to demonstrate previous success in dealing with customers in a front-line situation.
The skill and knowledge to manage a busy multi-functional gaming offer.
Successful candidate must apply for Personal Functional Licence (PFL)
