Our client is an award-winning practice for sustainable Architecture and Design, working on housing developments and heritage projects.

About you As the successful candidate, you will be someone with a strong design background, some experience in RIBA stages 4 & 5, and excellent written and spoken English. Ideally, you will be a very experienced Part 2 or a recently qualified Part 3.

Responsibilities: You'll be involved in a variety of projects across housing developments and heritage sectors, leading and collaborating closely with a diverse team. Your responsibilities will include: Collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve optimal outcomes for both the business and clients. Engaging in project reviews and coordination workshops. Preparing detailed drawings, specifications, and technical documents using industry standard software (AutoCAD, Revit). Conducting site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for project development. Ensuring compliance with building standards, regulations, and codes throughout the design process. Providing technical support and guidance to junior staff members as needed. Staying up to date on industry trends, advancements, and best practices to continually enhance design processes and outcomes. Contributing to and assisting in the development of the company's technical expertise.

Requirements: Degree in Architecture - RIBA / ARB accredited. Minimum of 3 years' experience working as an Architect in a professional setting. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and precision. Proven track record of managing and successfully delivering projects to completion.
