Lead arbitration cases, develop strategies and present arguments effectively during hearings Handle written advocacy, including pleadings and legal briefs Provide legal analysis and advice on international arbitration Conduct research on comparative and cross-jurisdictional issues Update clients on case progress and offer strategic advice Mentor junior lawyers on arbitration procedures and client management Participate in practice development and represent the firm at events Requirements
Qualified solicitor with at least 6 years PQE in arbitration with expertise in complex international arbitrations Proven written and oral advocacy skillswithin an arbitration context Knowledge of institutional arbitration rulesand practices governing international arbitration proceedings Exceptional written and verbalcommunication skills A multi-tasker with strong analytical skills
