Job Title: Vector-Borne Disease Project Manager

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a biologist with an interest in arthropod-borne pathogen transmission to join our Vector-Borne Diseases workgroup. About the Role

Manage the delivery of a project on tick-borne disease, combining field survey data with laboratory-based analysis. Liaise with customer-facing departments and external bodies such as the UK Health Security Agency and the academic sector. Work in SAPO4/ACDP3 containment laboratories and contribute to maintaining APHA insectary facilities. About You

Possess knowledge of animal and zoonotic pathogens. Have a broad understanding of molecular techniques, including qPCR, genomic sequencing, and bioinformatic analysis. What We Offer
