A Biologist to Manage Tick-Borne Disease Project Duration: Fixed term until 30 September 2025. We are seeking a biologist with expertise in arthropod-borne pathogen transmission to lead our Vector-Borne Diseases workgroup on a project involving tick-borne disease research. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing field surveys and laboratory analysis, collaborating with internal departments and external organizations, and working in SAPO4/ACDP3 containment laboratories. This role requires strong knowledge of animal and zoonotic pathogens, as well as molecular techniques such as qPCR, genomic sequencing, and bioinformatic analysis. Salary: £44,063 - £57,735 per annum.
