Job Title: Architect Location: Bath Salary: £35,000-48,000 dependent on experience Reference: RSBA411 I am excited to be supporting a successful RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice in Bath, whose bespoke approach ensures each project is tailored to its environment, with a strong focus on client relationships. They are keen to continue their growth and success with the addition of a passionate Architect to join their social team in Bath. The successful passionate Architect will have post qualification experience working across residential or commercial projects, capable at running projects with minimal supervision and boast design flare. Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect: ARB registered Post Part 3 qualification experience in a UK Architectural practice Proficiency in AutoCAD, the Adobe Suite and Sketch Up Keen eye for detail and boast design flare Strong understanding of current building regulations and planning applications Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong technical skills Experience working on heritage projects as well as residential and commercial Work well within a team environment Keen to input to continuing the success and growth of the practice Job running experience is ideal Proven experience across all RIBA stages Positive and proactive attitude Confident liaising with contractors, clients and other professionals Live locally to Bath / Bristol area Interested in this or other roles in Architecture.
