We are an established multi-award winning, design-led architectural practice based in Belfast with over 50 years of experience. We specialise in the delivery of a wide range of project types, and our clients trust us to deliver high-quality buildings using the best people, technical expertise, and digital technology. We are currently seeking a full-time Architect who is enthusiastic and self-motivated, wishes to engage in the delivery of a variety of projects through RIBA stage 0-7, and has an eye for quality design, detailing, and site delivery. Role Requirements:
Fully Qualified ARB registered Architect Minimum 5 years’ experience in Architect role post Part 3 Act as project lead on projects from RIBA stages 0-7 Management of design team consultants Good understanding of current NI Building Regulations The ability to compile working drawing packages Experience of carrying out site inspections Working knowledge of Archicad or Revit BIM software preferable Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK We provide:
