Their collaborative, people-focused approach ensures long-term client relationships and outstanding project delivery. The Senior Architect's Role

The successful Senior Architect will lead architectural design and project management across a variety of exciting projects ranging from 300k to 10m. Acting as Lead Consultant, they will work with clients to shape project briefs, manage design teams, and ensure the seamless delivery of projects from inception to completion. Key responsibilities include: Leading site appraisals, feasibility studies, and building regulation applications. Producing detailed designs using AutoCAD/Revit and coordinating with external contractors. Managing tender processes, value engineering, and project administration. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality and compliance at every stage. Supporting the Director in optimising team performance and profitability. The Senior Architect

To be considered for this Senior Architect position, you must have: Part III RIBA qualification. Proven experience in Education, Public Sector, Healthcare, or Social Housing projects (desirable). Advanced proficiency in Revit software. Familiarity with BIM and experience using NBS specifications. A thorough understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning processes.
