Conrad Consulting are presenting an outstanding opportunity for an Architect to join my clients, a highly reputable practice in Brighton, due to decades of success they can now boast multiple expanding practices within the Southern Regions.

The practice have forged a reputation for successfully delivering a varied range of projects within a range of sectors including Education, Residential, Conservation as well as Sport and Leisure - with sustainability at the core of everything they do.

As a registered Architect, the right candidate will have demonstrated experience working on a range of project types within a variety of sectors with a focus on the residential sector. The Successful Architect must possess the qualities to work independently and collaboratively on larger projects, be highly motivated, and have a demonstrated capability to run their own projects.

If you are a RIBA qualified Architect that has 3 - 5 years post qualification experience with extensive knowledge of projects across all RIBA stages, excellent technical knowledge, and Revit proficiency capable of project delivery within the format, then this could be a perfect opportunity for you.

Minimum Requirements:

RIBA/ARB registered Architect Minimum 3 - 5 years + Demonstrable Post qualification UK experience Excellent technical knowledge and Demonstratable Design Skills Job running experience Proficiency with Revit (essential) Proven experience within the UK residential sector (Private & Developers) Strong communication skills Sound knowledge of UK Planning Process, Tender packages and UK Building Regulations Working knowledge of SketchUp and Adobe packages Ability to work independently or as part of a team

On offer for the successful Architect candidate is a highly competitive salary likely to be in the region of £38,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience, a generous benefits package, and an opportunity to develop your career working with a friendly and supportive team at a well-established practice. The company also supports Hybrid and Flexible working.
