Join an established practice in Brighton as an Architect, where you will work on stage 3 onward of large-scale residential projects.
The Brighton studio, established in the mid-'90s, has a strong portfolio primarily consisting of conservation, higher education, and residential works across the Southeast. Currently, there are 10 staff members in the Brighton studio, with overall expansion plans due to increased workload.
Architects and Architectural Technicians are encouraged to apply with relevant experience.
Role & Responsibilities
Production of design and technical drawing packages Using Revit daily Working collaboratively with the team Reporting to senior/associate members of staff Meeting with clients, stakeholders, and contractors when needed Attending site visits when required Required Skills & Experience
2+ years post-qualification experience Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential Previous experience working on residential projects is desirable Experience working collaboratively to achieve deadlines Good understanding of UK building regulations Experience communicating with stakeholders, clients, and contractors What You Get Back
