Konker is currently recruiting for an Architect to become the Cardiff office lead of a growing architectural practice. With an office based a short walk from Cardiff Central Station, this architectural practice of 12 is looking for someone to lead their Cardiff office. Having recently picked up a number of new and exciting projects, they are seeking an Architect who is eager to get stuck into projects in the residential, education, leisure, and commercial sectors. Ideally, you will have some years of experience as an Architect or Project Architect and be motivated to progress/commit to the business. It is a great opportunity for an individual who has an interest in the management of a business. About the Role: Architect Work in a variety of sectors – residential, commercial, education. Run projects from inception to completion. Working knowledge of AutoCAD & Revit. Previous experience as an Architect or Project Architect. Long-term progression – a pathway to Associate Director. Fee proposals, train junior staff, deputising Directors on occasion, and able to work on more than one project at a time.
