Exciting opportunity to join a small planning and architectural team within the centre of Exeter. A well reputable company is requiring an ambitious qualified Architect to join them and assist in leading residential projects, heading up the design and developing the existing role to really make it their own and take it to the next level. You will find yourself working on and delivering high-end residential projects, winning and securing new clients, leading a small team through all stages, and working closely with the planning team. Role and Responsibilities: Part 3 qualified ARB / RIBA Previous UK-based post qualification experience Project delivery through all RIBA stages Working knowledge of delivering complex projects Proficiency in AutoCAD Technical experience in RIBA Stages 3 / 4 and 5 on-site experience managing and development Leading and managing a team Excellent communication and delegation skills
