Architect Location: Farnborough Salary: £35-37,000 Reference: SFFARN110 I am looking for a talented Architect with excellent technical abilities to join a RIBA-chartered practice in Farnborough. The friendly team has projects across the residential and commercial sectors and always create designs with sustainability in mind. The team have a range of exciting projects on the horizon and are excited to welcome an Architect to the team. The successful Architect will have sufficient experience post Part 3 qualification and will have the drive to progress and develop their career. You’ll be forward-thinking, with excellent technical and design skills. AutoCAD and Revit proficiency is beneficial. Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect: ARB registration (or actively working towards completion) Significant experience within a UK-based architectural practice, post qualification Collaborate with clients to produce designs that exceed expectations Contribute to all RIBA project stages with guidance from senior team members Strong knowledge of UK planning processes, building regulations, construction systems, and methods Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities Confident working independently and as part of a team Demonstrated expertise in design and technical detailing Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is desirable To apply, please call Sophie on 01792 963134 or alternatively, send your CV and Portfolio across to
