Our client has grown into a leading player in their market and has enjoyed fantastic organic growth over the last few years, which has seen a recent office move into a bigger studio.
Exciting times are afoot as the business is looking to take the next step in their journey, and is looking for an ambitious Architect to join them to become part of their next phase of growth.
The Role
Support the owner of the practice and provide design, leadership, and direction in the studio on projects for their external client base.
You will be given full design autonomy on your own projects to manage, with the support of 2 staff members below you.
Your initial projects will range from modest house extensions to multi-million pound new build homes, to larger scale social and affordable housing developments.
Qualifications/Experience
ARB registered Architect Experience in designing and running your own jobs A strong team player willing to participate in business growth by maximizing opportunities and supporting junior members Knowledge of Scottish Building regulations
