About the role of Architect:
Freelance opportunity for an Architect in Hemel Hempstead paying a competitive day rate. This opportunity involves working on the pre-construction of commercial buildings where you will be based in Hemel Hempstead.
I am currently assisting a market-leading brand in their search for an Architect to join their team. Our client takes pride in the developments they deliver and has regenerated various other schemes across the UK in sectors of new build, fit out, and refurbishment.
This opportunity involves running your own project on a freelance basis for around 3-6 months. They are looking for someone with a proven track record working on Revit and BIM who has previously provided support to main contractors.
The ideal candidate for Architect:
Revit and BIM experience
10+ years of experience in architecture
Commercial or industrial experience
Ability to run your own project
