Bennett and Game currently have the pleasure of representing a well-established, award winning Architectural Practise based in Inverness, who are seeking an ambitious Architect to join the team. Our client not only pride themselves in the quality of their work and the service they provide, their ethos also revolves around the friendly approach they take, considering both their clients and employees' visions, aspirations and wellbeing. Alongside joining an employee focused company, you would have the benefits of a salary ranging up to 45,000, Christmas shutdown, death in service scheme and flexible working hours. Our client has built up a talented team of around 30 architectural professionals, spread across both their Glasgow and Inverness offices. The successful individual will initially be working within the Residential and Hospitality sectors, typically working on projects ranging up to 5 million and assisting between RIBA stages 1-6. Our client has developed a vast portfolio including Commercial, Defence, Education, Healthcare, Leisure, Community and Industrial, and there will be the opportunity to work within other sectors in the near future.

Architect Salary & Benefits Competitive salary ranging between 35,000 to 45,000 depending on experience Holiday allowance, plus bank holidays and Christmas shutdown Death in service policy Social events Flexible working hours, core hours are 9am-5pm. Architect Job Overview Work on a range of projects varying from both small to large scale refurbishments/new builds within a variety of sectors. Using both AutoCAD and Revit on a daily basis Liaise with clients and other professionals The opportunity to work as the project lead

Architect Job Requirements Minimum of 3+ years, post part III experience ARB Registered Project lead experience is preferred, however not required Proficiency working with Revit is preferred Client facing Experience working across all RIBA stages, with extensive experience around RIBA stage 4-5
