Architect – Luxury Hotel & High-End Residential Projects, Central London

A leading architecture studio in Central London is looking for a talented Architect to work on a portfolio of prestigious hospitality and high-end residential projects. Experience in hospitality design is a bonus, but if you’ve worked on large-scale residential refurbishments, your skills are equally valuable for this exciting opportunity. About the Practice: This renowned architecture studio is recognized for its expertise in creating luxurious and refined spaces, with a focus on hospitality and residential sectors. Known for their thoughtful approach to design and technical precision, they work on some of London’s most iconic hotel and residential transformations. Role Overview: In this role, you’ll be working on the refurbishment and redevelopment of high-end hotels and large-scale residential buildings, bringing a fresh, modern perspective to heritage and existing structures. You’ll have the opportunity to work on a range of hospitality projects across all stages—from concept design to project delivery—while also engaging in the revitalization of residential spaces. Key Responsibilities: Lead and contribute to the design and delivery of luxury hotel and residential projects. Develop design concepts for refurbishment and adaptive reuse of existing buildings. Work closely with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure project success. Create detailed technical drawings and oversee design integrity during construction. Collaborate with the internal team in design workshops and client presentations. What We’re Looking For: 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in architecture. Experience with high-end residential or hospitality projects preferred, but not essential. Expertise in Revit and a strong understanding of UK Building Regulations. Strong attention to detail, with experience working on refurbishments or existing buildings a plus. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams.
