The Job: A genuinely exciting, stimulating, and progressive opportunity for an experienced Architect looking for a variation of work in a progressive role. Working within the residential sector and mixed-use building design, our client's portfolio is regularly growing and has built their reputation on delivering high standards of work. Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will have a track record working in a similar role with a strong level of experience and knowledge of design stages. You would work within a team of architects and have the ability to coordinate projects from the start through the building design life cycle to delivery, also known as the job running process. Qualifications: Required experience:

Fully Qualified Architect with UK recognized qualifications - ARB or RIBA. Approximately 2-3 years of post-qualification experience. Demonstrable background in varied sectors and projects. Good software proficiency and knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD. Thorough knowledge of current UK Building Regulations. Previous experience and track record. In return, you will be offered a progressive, stimulating career with plenty of training and development. Registration of professional fees, holidays, and of course, a rewarding salary of £34,000 to £42,000 dependent on experience.
