Architect Full Time, Permanent, Newark (Outskirts) £30,000 - £35,000

Are you an Architect with a minimum of two years of post-Part 3 industry experience and a fervent passion for sustainability? Our award-winning client is looking for a driven individual to join their innovative team in Newark.

THE ROLE

As an Architect, you will work under the guidance of Associate Architects or Company Directors. Responsibilities include producing high-quality production information, managing client communications, and ensuring project deadlines are met. You will also be involved in creating documents, drawings, schedules, and promotional materials. Key responsibilities include: Manage the design process from RIBA Stage 1-5. Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned tasks. Collaborate with Directors and external consultants. Ensure compliance with company standards. Attend internal and external meetings. Engage with Local Authorities during the planning process. Produce detailed specification documents and construction drawings. Maintain client relationships and ensure high-quality service. THE CANDIDATE

Our ideal Architect will be enthusiastic and dynamic with a determination to deliver quality projects and have the following skills: RIBA Part 3 qualification. Minimum of two years of industry experience post-Part 3. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit with a good understanding of BIM. Strong technical skills and design software proficiency. Effective self-management and critical thinking skills. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Keen attention to detail. Proactive commercial awareness. Strong self-leadership and communication skills. THE BENEFITS
