Studio G Associates seeks an Architect to join the existing team as part of the company’s growth plans.

We are extremely focused on Modern Methods of Construction and aim to champion them throughout our region. We are seeking a driven Architect for our Studio in Newark.

JOB ROLE – Architect

Work Location: Gusto House, Collingham

Reports to: SGA Team Leader (Associate)/Company Directors

JOB SUMMARY:

The Architect role involves

working under the direct instruction of the relevant Associate Architect or Company Directors.

This will also require the individual to be comfortable and capable of handling regular communications with clients of live projects. They will be responsible for

producing high-quality production information within prescribed deadlines and parameters.

This may include documents, drawings, schedules, and promotional materials such as CGIs and video animations. The role also requires good personal management skills to ensure optimum performance is being provided to client projects and the wider team.

Qualifications

RIBA Part 3

Minimum 2 years industry experience post part 3.

Trained in the use of AutoCAD and Revit within a professional environment with a good understanding of BIM.

Abilities

Must have a good understanding of both the design and procurement process.

Strong technical skills and the ability to use design software.

Demonstrates effective collaborative internal teamworking and relationship-building skills.

Package Details:

Salary: £30-35k. Paid monthly on the last working day of each month.

37.5 hours per week, with some flexibility required (Monday - Friday).

25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with service.

Pension contribution: 4% employee and 3% employer.

Death in Service benefit.

Additional benefits include a profit-related bonus scheme and health plan.
