Architect Job in Sevenoaks, Kent Our client is an employee-owned multi-disciplinary practice in Sevenoaks who is currently seeking candidates for an Architect job opportunity. This role offers a unique chance to join a multidisciplinary team, working on a variety of projects spanning residential, healthcare, education, commercial, leisure, and more. Based across two offices with over twenty members of staff, this employee-owned multidisciplinary practice offers a range of services including architectural, building surveying, and project management. Current projects include large- and small-scale residential development and healthcare projects. Due to continued success, they are now seeking an Architect to join the team. Role & Responsibilities Work on projects across all RIBA stages Develop drawing packages Ensure compliance with building regulations, NHBC guidelines, and other relevant laws Assess risks and create Health and Safety Plans according to regulations Inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with drawings and issue instructions as needed Organize drawings properly and back up computer files monthly Work directly with clients Required Skills & Experience Possess a minimum of 2 years in practice experience ARB registered Skilled in the use of AutoCAD Current knowledge of UK regulations Experience in UK-based residential, commercial, or healthcare projects What you get back Salary of up to £45,000 depending on experience Flexible working around core hours 10.00-4.00pm Onsite parking is available Apply If you meet the criteria above, send us your CV and portfolio.
