Responsibilities, Skills and Experience for the role of Architect:
ARB registered. Sufficient post Part 3 experience in a UK-based architectural practice. Demonstrated success in delivering hospitality projects, supported by a strong portfolio. Lead and oversee hospitality design projects, ensuring quality and client satisfaction. Collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and suppliers, including conducting site visits and reviews. Confidently manage projects independently and within a collaborative team. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and SketchUp. Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills. Experience with construction detailing and preparing technical documentation. Must be based in Essex.
