Join a small, friendly architectural consultancy located conveniently near Stratford-upon-Avon, with easy access just off the M42. This role will suit a motivated and skilled Architect who is passionate about growing their career and contributing to a dynamic, supportive team. This role provides the opportunity to work on an exciting variety of projects, including domestic and residential schemes, small-scale developments, industrial and commercial properties, community facilities, sports venues, and heritage sites. You will ideally be proficient in Revit, have worked on a variety of projects, be an experienced job runner, and be able to take a project from inception through to completion. Requirements: ARB / RIBA registered with UK based experience Up to date on all UK building regulations Diverse portfolio Strong design skills and job running experience Worked across all RIBA stages Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe suite Able to produce specifications and manage the tender process Able to work on multiple projects at different stages Excellent communication skills Full driving licence and own vehicle You will receive a competitive salary and a bonus scheme, along with a generous pension and annual leave, and all professional memberships.
