Conrad Consulting have a new vacancy available for a RIBA/ARB qualified Architect to join a busy design studio within their Warrington, head office.
This unique opportunity would be best suited to an Architect looking to gain exposure to a wide range of design sectors and work on large-scale projects from the offset. Typically projects here include Schools, Retail units, Residential Masterplans and various Industrial schemes. However, their future project pipeline will include an increasingly wider range of innovative building types.
In recent years, this practice has doubled in size, promoted several Associates/Directors internally, and been appointed to several significant local frameworks. Their order book will see a steady stream of work occupy them through until late 2020 at the earliest. Due to this continuously busy period, there is a real opportunity here for an aspiring Architect to undertake an important role within one of the North-West's most prominent, up-and-coming design consultancies.
In order to be considered for this opportunity, we would hope applicants meet the following criteria:
ARB/RIBA Qualified Architect. Minimum 2 years of live, practical experience within a UK-based Architectural practice or Construction firm. Previous experience having worked on either Residential, Education, Commercial, or Industrial projects. Proficiency using both AutoCAD and REVIT to a high standard. Ability to meet tight deadlines; both time and budget. Excellent communication skills.
Salary - £37,000-£43,000
