What the role involves

• They’ll maintain your CPD hours, your subscriptions and will probably be keen to add more quals and certifications.
• Or Assist the Duty Holder.
• Assist in making key decisions with regards BSA compliance.
• Advise on Design elements and general process to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
• Assisting project teams in the development of compliant design.
• Managing and submit design documentation for regulatory approval, including liaising with Building Safety Regulator (BSR), Building Control and Fire Authorities etc.

Skills and requirements

• Architects, Technologists and Architectural Assistants aren’t required by law on a project.
• Projects will be non-HRBs so no need for that HRB experience.
