- Advise on Design elements and general process to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
- Assisting project teams in the development of compliant design.
- Managing and submit design documentation for regulatory approval, including liaising with Building Safety Regulator (BSR), Building Control and Fire Authorities etc.
Skills and requirements
- Architects, Technologists and Architectural Assistants aren’t required by law on a project.
- Projects will be non-HRBs so no need for that HRB experience.
