Key requirements for the role: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architectural Designer or Technician with proficiency in Revit. Experience of leading an Architectural design team is an advantage but not essential. LBP2 or similar qualification. Strong knowledge of NZ3604, compliance, and consent requirements for design and technical drawings. Excellent communication skills, with a focus on understanding and addressing project needs. Comfortable in taking client meetings. Lead your team by example by producing high-quality work and creating a fun working environment. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently under pressure. A collaborative team player with a solutions-focused mindset.
