About the Role Our client is seeking an Architectural Designer (Part II or recent Part III) to work on cutting-edge residential developments, contributing across all design stages. Key areas of focus include:

Design Innovation:

Assist in creating models and planning deliverables. Technical Expertise:

Prepare detailed drawings and engage in on-site activities. Sustainability Integration:

Collaborate on Net Zero Carbon designs, sustainability strategies, and environmental modelling. Construction Management:

Be part of planning, costing, and overseeing projects during construction phases.

What You'll Need Software Expertise: Autodesk Revit:

Comprehensive experience across RIBA Stages 0-7 and familiarity with BIM Level 2 standards. Rendering Skills:

Proficiency in Lumion. Creative Design Tools:

Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat Pro. Additional Tools:

Experience with Autodesk Forma is a bonus but not required.

Professional Qualifications & Experience: Part II UK qualification or ARB-registered (or equivalent). Residential development experience at planning and technical stages. Background in Modular/MMC/Offsite construction is highly desirable. Demonstrated knowledge of sustainable design and construction practices.

Key Responsibilities Support the creation of exceptional designs, including drawings, models, and documents. Develop and refine design and access statements. Lead design representation during team reviews. Ensure all work aligns with UK residential design standards and regulations. Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
