Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

Several years UK based experience in a similar role, ideally with a house builder. HNC qualification or higher in a relevant field. Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software. Strong understanding of the UK Building Regulations and construction methods. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in problem-solving. Develop detailed architectural drawings and specifications in line with project requirements. Ensure all designs adhere to UK Building Regulations and standards. Collaborate with design and construction teams to deliver innovative and sustainable housing solutions.
