Architectural Technician . The position will be full-time and permanent. We offer a hybrid working environment, with at least one day a week in our office in Ballymoney. We will provide a competitive salary, depending on experience and ability. We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and motivated individual to join our team immediately. The successful applicant will be able to organize their own work, have excellent communication skills, and the ability to work within a team. Candidate Requirements

5 years+ experience in a similar job role Extensive experience in producing Building Control & Tender packages for both residential and commercial projects Extensive experience in administering JCT contract or equivalent Extensive experience in overseeing projects on site Ability to be responsible for overseeing projects after the planning stage; liaising directly with clients to guide them through building control, Tender, and Construction stages of their project Autocad experience is essential Please send an email, along with your CV and examples of previous projects in PDF format to
