A local modern and contemporary RIBA chartered Architectural consultancy are looking for an experienced Architectural Technician to join their small team in North Devon.
The consultancy has a very flexible, forward thinking approach with all the latest VR Technology and is very design focused. They provide Architectural and master planning services to high-end clients in the local area and have some excellent partnerships with local businesses, working mainly in residential projects with occasional commercial and bespoke developments.
A successful candidate will be proficient in Revit and have at least 5+ years of practice experience. The Role:
Producing working drawing packages Liaising with consultants and clients Leading and managing technical design projects Attending site meetings Conducting measured surveys and site inspections Contract administration and job running Proficiency in Revit is mandatory Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team and independently Previous experience working on hotels, commercial, or a variety of project sectors Technical ability and capability to take full responsibility for own workload Architectural degree This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a team that prides itself on client relations and providing practical and imaginative design.
