Your new company You will be joining a young and enthusiastic team of multidisciplined consultants which has expanded rapidly over the last few years and has an exciting portfolio of projects on the horizon. My client collaboratively delivers both 'in house' construction and development projects as well as providing a range of services for private and public sector clients. The recently formed architectural division of the company is now seeking an ambitious Architectural Technician to join the team and help grow the company further, working in the residential, commercial, education and leisure sectors.

Your new role This is a full-time hybrid role for an Architectural Technician / Technologist at INCO. Day to day responsibilities will include: Measurement surveys. Site visits/inspections. Conceptual design and presentation work. Planning drawings. Application submissions. Liaising with clients. Planning departments. Consultants and contractors. Preparing building regulations and construction drawings. What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have: A Degree qualification in Architectural Technology, Construction or similar/equivalent to this. Proficiency in the use of AutoCad (LT). At least 3+ years experience working in the industry/Architectural Practice. Proficiency in Revit and other software items such as Sketchup, Photoshop etc. A clean driving licence and be able to attend sites in and around the East Midlands. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and organisational skills. The ability to work individually and as a collaborative team. What you'll get in return Salary dependent on experience (circa 30-45k per annum). 28 days holiday per annum. Hybrid role - 1 day working from home option (with flexibility to choose your day).
