Summary of Role: Due to increased workload, our clients Design and Build Team are looking for a talented allrounder Designer/Technician. This is an exciting role for anyone who has a passion and interest in working on a wide range of bespoke projects from stage 3 (developed design).
Working with a wider team, this person will manage delegated projects including overseeing timescales and client liaison. Key Attributes and Skills Needed:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience (UK based) projects High proficiency in Revit, including content and family creation, variety of building/construction types Keen interest in Architectural design including the production of Stage 0-3 planning drawings, sketches, schematics Large scale construction detailing, production of working drawings (Stage 3-6 preferable) Ability to work independently and within the team Proficient communicator both verbally and written Whats On Offer:
