Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Prepare detailed design and production information for tender and construction packages. Visit site as required. Ensure project delivery aligns with programme and quality standards. Required Skills & Experience
Qualified Architectural Technician. 2 years post-qualification experience in UK-based private practice. Strong construction knowledge and experience in project running. Proficiency in Revit is essential (a Revit test would be carried out at an interview). Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills. Ability to manage risks, costs, and deadlines independently. Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing. Proactive problem-solving approach. What you get back
