Due to this growing workload, they are seeking an Architectural Technician to join their team. The role offers exceptional professional development, with the opportunity to work across all project stages, including on-site involvement and seeing projects through to completion. Role & Responsibilities

Work on residential and high-end residential projects. Produce high-quality designs and technical drawings. Work closely with the practice director. Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Prepare detailed design and production information for tender and construction packages. Visit site as required. Ensure project delivery aligns with programme and quality standards. Required Skills & Experience

Qualified Architectural Technician. 2 years post-qualification experience in UK-based private practice. Strong construction knowledge and experience in project running. Proficiency in Revit is essential (a Revit test would be carried out at an interview). Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to manage risks, costs, and deadlines independently. Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing. Proactive problem-solving approach. What you get back

£35,000 - £40,000. Company pension scheme. 32 days holiday (including bank holidays and Christmas office closure). Centrally located office with good train links. On-site parking. Shared workspace with good amenities and nearby transport links. Apply
