3 years UK experience
working within the
residential sector
that would love to work on significant
high-end
residential
projects within a small talented team, this could be the opportunity to heighten your career. The successful Architectural Technician candidate will primarily work within the construction stages of projects, have a good understanding of current building regulations, and be open to site work as well as technical drawing. This will be an opportunity to gain a wider knowledge of the sector whilst developing within a fantastic company to progress within their technical team. Requirements for Successful Technician Candidates are: Minimum of 3 years' experience in UK practice Relevant Qualification - HND, HNC, Architectural Degree Thorough understanding of building regulations Proficiency in AutoCAD Great technical knowledge and drawing capabilities Site experience (Desirable) Ability to work independently and as part of a team The successful Architectural Technician will receive a highly competitive salary, likely to be in the region of
