Architectural Technician
Location: Guildford
Salary: £30,000-£35,000 (dependent on experience)

I am looking for an enthusiastic Architectural Technician with a passion for Architecture to join a well-established team in Guildford. The RIBA-chartered company has offices across the UK and works on a range of retail, education, healthcare, and leisure projects of all scales. The team always exceeds client expectations whilst ensuring each project is sustainable, within budget, and high-quality.
Responsibilities:
Run projects through all RIBA stages Conduct site visits & surveys Liaise with clients, contractors, and the wider team
Skills and Experience: Relevant degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology CIAT accredited, or working towards Significant post-qualification experience in a UK-based practice Retail experience is essential Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations Confident working independently or as part of a team Must live within a commutable distance to Guildford Revit and AutoCAD proficiency is essential
