Several years' post-qualification industry experience. Proficiency in Revit (essential). Strong technical skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with RIBA work stages 4-6. A meticulous approach and openness to innovative thinking. Enthusiastic, collaborative, and deadline oriented. Strong work ethic with a desire to join a socially responsible practice focused on personal development, knowledge sharing, and growth opportunities. Collaborate with architects, consultants and contractors. Conduct surveys, feasibility studies, risk assessments and construction information. Prepare detailed working drawings packages.
