Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Architectural Technician with expertise in fire safety to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of architectural design while focusing on an essential aspect of building safety.

This is a unique role, where you will have the opportunity to collaborate with specialist fire safety product manufacturers and installers, to help provide the best solution.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate fire safety measures into architectural designs.

Conduct thorough assessments of building plans to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and standards.

Provide expert advice on fire protection systems, materials, and construction methods.

Work closely with Contractors, and specialist product manufacturers

Develop innovative strategies to enhance fire safety without compromising design aesthetics.

Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to fire safety in architecture.

Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to address fire safety concerns and ensure project success.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience as an Architectural Technician with a focus on fire safety.

In-depth knowledge of fire safety codes, standards, and regulations.

Strong proficiency in CAD software and other relevant tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.

Passion for innovation and a creative approach to problem-solving.
