Working generally from RIBA Stage 3+ to completion, you will be part of a team for the delivery of interesting projects. You will be involved in projects or packages on very large projects, reporting to the project runner. Not all their work is for contractors or developers, as they often work alongside design architects, providing design interface management or design monitoring services to ensure efficiency and the correct technical design approach from the early design stages.
The practice uses Revit (and occasionally AutoCAD when required), and Revit proficiency is essential. You will require experience working on large scale UK projects and have a solid understanding of UK building regulations. Additionally, you need to be able to integrate Revit information produced by the design team, and you must be competent at technical detailing.
You will be joining a large, friendly, social, and contemporary Central London studio with a talented and approachable senior management team. The practice embraces flexible and hybrid working and is family-friendly. Here, you won't get pigeonholed on project typologies, allowing you to work on the complete range of projects they attract. In addition to your salary, they also offer a competitive benefits package.
