We are recruiting for an experienced Architectural Technician to join our client's growing Architecture company. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and rewarding team with an excellent working environment. The ideal candidate should have experience working as an Architectural Technician and in key areas of the design process, including project inception, project planning, and contract management. Successful candidates should be prepared to work independently and as a team to ensure deadlines are met; possess strong organisation skills and be capable of managing multiple tasks and projects. They must also have excellent communication skills and remain flexible to changing priorities. Responsibilities Include: Liaising with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met Producing high-quality drawings using AutoCAD Providing advice and guidance on building regulations to internal and external contacts Ensuring a good quality of work is produced to meet deadlines Requirements: Relevant qualification in HNC, HND or degree in Architectural Technology. At least 5 years of experience as an Architectural Technician. Strong AutoCAD skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Capable of producing computer-generated visuals and 3D models.
