Job Title: Architectural Technician

Salary: £28,000 – £33,000
This is a great opportunity to join an award-winning, multidisciplined practice who provide expert services to the residential sector. They are on the lookout for a motivated Architectural Technician to contribute to the design work on a wide range of housing projects for their studios in Portishead.
To be successful in applying for the role of Architectural Technician, you will need previous experience in a technician role for a UK practice, predominately working on projects within the residential sector. The successful individual will be proficient within AutoCAD, as well as being able to demonstrate a strong passion for residential design and placemaking.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:
Relevant experience working as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice
Relevant experience working on residential and mixed-use projects
Strong interest in residential design and placemaking
Proficient with AutoCAD
Experience with Revit would be beneficial
Strong visualisation and graphic skills
Strong communication and organisational skills
Strong attention to detail
Live within a commutable distance to Portishead
