Sevenoaks Overview Established Residential Developer who is an award-winning company that maintains strong objectives while delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining great relationships with all clients and customers. They deliver a wide range of projects through refurbishment and new build. The company has been around for a number of years and has a great reputation within the industry. They have an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technician to join them on a permanent basis, overseeing a range of schemes. Key tasks & Responsibilities Organisation and preparation of detailed design drawings. Co-ordination with contractors on site. Develop project briefs and prepare and present design proposals. Produce, analyse and advise on detailed specifications. Carry out design-stage risk assessments. Liaison with building control authority, fire authority and other regulatory bodies. Develop design information to detailed status and maintain drawing information. Attendance at design coordination meetings and construction site meetings. Personal Specification & Requirements Highly motivated with a strong desire to grow within the business. Experience in working on Residential projects (traditional build houses and apartments). Good problem solver and able to work with minimal instruction. Punctual, reliable and possess good practical skills. Degree qualified or equivalent. 3 years minimum experience. Established track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
