Role & Responsibilities
Working on the production of working drawing packages Projects vary between 30 to 300 units Dealing with design issues on projects and finding technical solutions Working under the supervision of project lead Speaking with external consultants and clients Using AutoCAD on a daily basis Required Skills & Experience
Have a minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience Experience with UK residential projects is essential Project experience in developer-led projects would be highly beneficial Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD is essential Revit ability is beneficial What you get back
£35,000 - £38,000 Hybrid working offered of 3 days in the office a week (This is available after completion of probation period) Pension scheme Annual Christmas bonus Sustainable travel bonus offered for those commuting by public transport or sustainable means
