With an impressive portfolio of significant new projects, they are now seeking a talented and passionate Architectural Technician to join their team in St Albans. It is essential for the successful Architectural Technician to be well versed in Revit with experience working on medium to large scale projects, ideally with a strong record of working across RIBA stages 4-6. Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician: Post qualification experience in a UK Architectural Practice Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural Technology Proficiency in Revit is essential Technical expertise and attention to detail Job running experience is desired Experience on a range of projects in the commercial and/or industrial sectors Worked on projects from conception to completion Knowledge of medium to large scale projects Thorough knowledge of current UK building regulations Understanding of NBS software and the specification process Excellent timekeeping and organization abilities while working to strict deadlines Motivated and positive approach to work Live within an easy commute of St Albans This is a permanent role.
