Using your passion and drive to succeed, you’ll work with the Architectural Manager in producing drawings for bespoke house-types and adapting standard house-type working drawings in accordance with agreed planning consents. Main Duties

Produce and manage, with guidance, the working drawings for house types and/or adapting standard house type working drawings in accordance with agreed planning drawings.

Liaising with the regional offices regarding any queries relating to the planning drawings and working drawing requests.

Handling site queries when they arise.

Liaising with structural engineers and other third party consultants relating to working drawing matters.

Attending meetings that may be necessary in the performance of your duties.

Complying with and uphold company policies and procedures.

Undertaking any additional tasks as may reasonably be required from time to time.

Minimum Requirements

Previous experience in a Technical Dept. with a housing developer or similar environment.

Minimum HNC in construction or related subject.

Ability to use AutoCAD.

Computer / IT literate with ability to use Excel, Word and database packages.
