Anderselite are currently looking to recruit an Architectural Technician/Technical Architect or Technical Architectural Assistant for a well-established Architectural studio based in the Newport, South Wales area.
The Residential/Housing Team are looking for a junior to intermediate individual who has previously worked on projects such as Residential and Housing, and someone who is used to working with housebuilders and developers who has excellent planning and house-type experience.
You will need to be technically competent and able to do complicated technical drawings on AutoCAD, as well as having an understanding of other various packages such as Revit. You will also need to produce technical drawings, technical detailing, and work to UK Building Regulations.
