Architectural Technician/ Technologist Reference: KDHER19141A Location: Hertfordshire Salary: £35-45,000 Dependant on experience My client is well-established, RIBA chartered and has over 20 years in the industry. As part of this role, you will be joining a medium-sized team, typically working in BIM Level 2 where you will participate through all stages of the design process and delivery of projects. My clients are known for their work in the Large-Scale Industrial/Commercial sector, specializing in Data Centres. I'm looking to speak with Architectural Technicians/Technologists with substantial UK-based experience, who already have a proven track record of working with Revit/BIM designing on relevant projects. On offer is a competitive salary and appealing company benefits such as regular CPDs in-house, team building days out, and the opportunity to work remotely for part of the week. Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician/Technologist: Ideally you will be CIAT or working towards it. Substantial UK-based experience working as an Architectural Technician/Technologist. Technical expertise, creativity, and attentiveness to details. A proven history of longevity in previous practices. Knowledge of the UK building regulations on non-residential buildings would be essential. Experience with Autodesk REVIT to deliver complex large-scale buildings, in collaboration with Contractors and Consultants. Understanding and expertise of the specification process and NBS software. Several years of UK-based experience working on large scale Commercial/Industrial projects. Ideally a track record of production and delivery of RIBA packages at Stages 4, 5, and 6. Able to manage own workloads whilst maintaining a high level of work. Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing. Motivated and hard-working. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
