Our client specialises in creating exceptional bespoke private residential projects, ranging from innovative new builds to re-models.
Key Requirements:
Proficiency in ArchiCAD Solid background in traditional technical residential detailing Advantageous to have experience in high-end bespoke projects Ability to deliver projects across all RIBA work stages Comprehensive understanding of construction detailing and regulations
Responsibilities: Contribute to the development of innovative and practical design solutions Produce detailed drawings and documentation Collaborate effectively with project teams and clients Ensure projects adhere to relevant regulations and standards
