A firmly established consultancy who operate in the housing sector are going through another period of business growth. They provide design, planning and technical services to an array of clients and are looking to bring in an Architectural Technician.
Working in a dedicated team on large scale and bespoke developments, you will enjoy a good variety to your role where you will contribute with:
Working drawings
Floor plans/elevations
Site surveys
Overseeing building regulations/control
We're looking to speak with candidates who are proficient with either AutoCAD or REVIT and have (ideally) gained experience of working on housing projects. You will have excellent detailing skills and hold a solid understanding of the construction legislation.
