We are currently looking for an Architectural Technician to join a well-established Architectural and Design company based in Worthing. This is an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technician to progress within an award-winning company.
Job Responsibilities
Completing hospitality projects nationwide Production of tender and construction packages, including Drawings, Schedules, and Specifications Analysing and reporting of projects to clients Site inspections Provide support to all staff who may need assistance Outstanding attention to detail when producing and reviewing technical drawings for a range of applications Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position Proficiency in AutoCAD and some knowledge of SketchUP Technical building construction knowledge Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative Up to date with UK building regulations Commutable distance to Worthing Benefits
